The Lycra hood is designed to be used for event/show preparation to keep dust/forage/ bedding out of the mane/coat and also to aid in laying the hair flat, great for horses with frizzy manes. It is also great for keeping plaits in place either overnight in the stable or whilst travelling to a show. The Stretch Lycra hood can be used with any rug as it is self-fixing and we wouldn’t advise using the PE Stretch Lycra Hood for outdoor use.
